Lawyer Withdraws Suit Against Nigerian Government Over Compulsory Covid-19 Vaccination For Civil Servants

The Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Public Interest and Development Law, Dr. Monday Ubani has withdrawn a suit challenging the directive of the Nigerian Government that all federal civil servants must be vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus in 2020. The suit filed was filed on December 22, 2021, at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos.
