Lawyer of girl who died in CBP custody alleges 'systemic problems' with agency

The lawyer for the family of an 8-year-old girl who died last month in U.S. Customs and Border Protection custody in South Texas told Border Report on Monday that the agency should not be "jailing" young children, and alleges it has "systematic problems."
