Lawsuit that claims Native American vote was diluted by North Dakota lawmakers given to judge

The trial brought by the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, Spirit Lake Nation and three voters ended Thursday. U.S. District Judge Peter Welte likely will make a decision in several weeks.
