Lawsuit refiled over Saline County pedestrian death, adding State Police as defendant | The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

The mother of a New Mexico man who died on Interstate 30 in Saline County in 2022 has refiled a federal lawsuit, adding an Arkansas State Police sergeant, two members of the Turtle Creek Fire Department and a truck driver as defendants.
