Lawsuit blames Collinsville dam and pump house for drowning death of Plainville teenager in 2021

The estate of a Plainville 15-year-old who drowned with a friend last year in the Farmington River is suing Avon, Burlington, Stanley Black & Decker and other defendants, claiming a dam in Collinsville created a hazard.
