Lawrence County Council approves salary increase for contract nurses

Lawrence County Health Department Registrar Paula Edwards and new Public Health Nurse Mindy Hopkins kicked off the evening by requesting that the hourly pay of contract nurses working in the county be raised from $23.50 per hour to $26.50.
