Law and disorder: Malawi magistrate blasted for allowing rape accused to be fondled in court

A magistrate, who allowed a rape accused to have his genitals fondled in court in the presence of his alleged victim to prove he cannot get an erection, has been blasted for 'allowing such a gross display to occur in his court'.
