Latinas working full-time experience wage gap of nearly 43%, report says

According to the Institute for Women’s Policy Research, in 2022, Latinas working full-time year-round were paid 57.5 cents for every dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic men, a wage gap of nearly 43%.
