'Flat-out lied': Ex-Gurnee man imprisoned 29 years on bad conviction sues police, prosecutors

A former Gurnee man who spent nearly 30 years in prison after being wrongfully convicted of his former wife's 1993 murder is now suing the people he says conspired to put him behind bars.
