Last Vietnam Vet in Senate, Set to Retire, Reflects on Efforts to Reconcile with Former Enemies in Hanoi

In May, Tom Carper announced that he'd be retiring from the Senate after 14 successful campaigns in Delaware for statewide office -- from state treasurer, to governor, the House and then the Senate.
