Last man sentenced in West Fargo drive-by shooting that injured boy

Cass County Judge Wade Webb ordered Garret Harm Morin of Moorhead to serve 90 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to being an accomplice to reckless endangerment. Morin had 13 days credit for time served.
