Large fire rips through Jersey City townhouse apartment, neighbors say

An 11-year-old girl and her 8-month-old baby brother were killed when a large fire tore through an apartment in a row of townhouses on Jersey City's Martin Luther King Drive late Wednesday night, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said early Thursday morning.
