This weekend, construction crews will be working near the Acadiana Mall beginning at 8 PM Friday night and lasting until 6 AM Monday morning. Workers will be patching concrete pavement within a couple of intersections on Ambassador Caffery Road - Dillard Drive and Tucker Drive.
DILLARD DRIVE
The road will be closed to thru traffic, but business access will be maintained along Dillard Drive. Emergency vehicles, though, should utilize posted detours and expect delays as they will not have access to the area.
Detour route: Includes Acadian Mall Access Drive, Robley Drive and Johnston Street.
TUCKER DRIVE
The thru/right turn lane will be closed to thru traffic, but business access will be maintained along Tucker Drive. All other lanes on Tucker Drive will remain open. Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but should expect delays.
