MATT Hancock has said that Lancashire will get its "fair share" of vaccines to meet target.
Speaking in the commons on Tuesday (February 2) the Health Secretary has assured MPs that Lancashire will get its fair share of vaccines to deliver the target of offering everyone in groups one to four by February 15.
Concerns were raised in the house by Conservative MP for Morecambe and Lunesdale David Morris who spoke of “scare stories in Lancashire of a shortage of vaccines”.
Mr Hancock replied: “Of course the supply of vaccines is the rate-limiting step and we’ve seen from some of the things that have happened over the last week just what the strain is on vaccine supply, and some weeks the supply is higher than others.
