Lakewood reconvenes advisory panel to review new proposal for former hospital site

LAKEWOOD, Ohio — There’s a big difference between going back to square one compared to being at the starting line.
That’s the message Lakewood Mayor Meghan George is sending to residents about the future development of the former Lakewood Hospital site, which last year experienced a setback when Carnegie Management and Development Corporation terminated a development and use agreement related to the proposed $72 million One Lakewood Place mixed-use project.
