Lakewood apartment project at edge of Belmar Park faces opposition

An increasingly vocal group of Lakewood residents says a rich tableau of avian activity at Belmar Park is under threat from a five-story apartment building proposed by Texas-based developer Kairoi Residential for its eastern edge.
