Lakes Pet Fest expands to three days for second annual event

Detroit Lakes will host its second annual Lakes Pet Fest on Oct. 5-7, with events like "Yappy Hour," "Pupward Dog" Yoga and a "Leashes and Leaves" 5K planned.
