A PUB which enjoys one of the most commanding positions off the promenade of a Ssouth Lakes town has completed an extensive outdoor revamp.
The Commodore, in Grange-Over-Sands, has served locals and tourists for years, accommodating thousands of people in its beer garden over the spring and summer months.
Now a major refurbishment and extension of its historic balcony has been completed, as customers are welcomed back into outdoor spaces for the first time this year.
Charlotte Hargan is the area manager of Lakeland Inns, the company which owns The Commodore.
She said: “We are so pleased that work has finally been completed and we are able to welcome guests to the new outdoor terrace.
