Lake Tahoe man arrested on alleged lewd acts with a child under 14 years of age

UPDATE 12/22/22: On December 21, 2022, further investigation into a susoected lewd act with a child under 14 years of age in 2017 determined there was enough probable cause to arrest Mr. Nance with a second charge of lewd act with a child under 14 years of age.  This charge was added to the original charges.
