Lake Alice: 89-year-old charged, others medically unfit to stand trial

An 89-year-old has been charged with ill-treatment of a child at the Lake Alice psychiatric hospital in the 1970s, but 92-year-old Dr Selwyn Leeks has been ruled medically unfit to stand trial.
