Lagos Government Reacts To Rape Allegation Against Baba Ijesha
Lagos State Department and Sexual Violence Response Team said it was following up on the case and had absolute confidence in the criminal justice system in the state.

The Lagos state government has reacted to the recent rape allegation against Olarenwaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha.
Baba Ijesha, according to the police, was caught sexually harassing a 14-year-old girl. 
It was alleged that he had been abusing her since she was seven.
In a statement on Friday obtained by SaharaReporters, the Lagos State Department and Sexual Violence Response Team said it was following up on the case and had absolute confidence in the criminal justice system in the state.
