Lagos CP asks #EndSARS protester 'stabbed by hoodlums' to lodge formal complaint

Hakeem Odumosu, Lagos state commissioner of police, has asked Kamsichukwu Ibeh, an #EndSARS protester who testified before the state judicial panel on police brutality to lodge a formal complaint on her attack by suspected hoodlums.
