Lack of police reports cause for concern for Burton in Kendal councillor

POLICE: Burton in Kendal cllr expresses regret over lack of police reports
HERE are the latest announcements from our community news correspondents Kathryn Smith and Jay Barkley for Burton in Kendal.
AT the annual parish meeting the chairman, Cllr Wren thanked all members of the council, the clerk Christine Davidson and press desk for their support and work throughout the year.
He also announced that following resignations, two new Cllrs, Jane Hague and Lesley Bailey had been co-opted during the year.
However, with the subsequent resignation of Jane Hague for personal reasons, there was now a vacancy on the council.
