Like a government-sponsored espionage mission, or an audacious M&A manoeuvre, it goes by a code name.
Project 404 is the “very secretive … majestic structure” taking shape at Royal Huisman’s shipyard in Vollenhove, the Netherlands. So secretive that we gleaned the gushing detail from the shipbuilder’s own website.
The hull-turning occurred in September 2020.  
The 59.7-metre sailing yacht, also known as “MM597” for its naval architect
Malcolm McKeon, will sport interiors by renowned (and no doubt extortionate) French minimalist Studio Liaigre, star designer to the transatlantic ultra-rich.
Even with this limited information, it’s safe to say we’re talking about a £100 million ($155 million) undertaking here. Minimum.
