Good evening, im natasha brown, thank you so much for joining us, 400 firefighters responded to the Apartment Building at 3rd and Chestnut Streets today after flames began earlier this morning First Responders were forced to evacuate, more than 160 people hours after they tamed the flames the building continued to smoulder forcing firefighters to set up a possible collapse zone, joel holden is in old city with more on how damage is impacting the tire block.
