Today we are dealing with rain the entire day as it is very impressive by rainfall totals we have seen so far today, some spots have pick up over 2 , that is namely locations so far south and east of philadelphia but heaviest axis of rain shifting toward i95 corridor. Let me start off with a couple weather watcher reports, we have had williams in levittown , pennsylvania who says he has received just over. 8 of an inch in his rain gauge so far this morning, he had need chesterfield around threequarters of an inch, just under half in there for phil, in philadelphia, you can see these numbers ranging from a quarter of an inch to really over an inch in some spots and general any cherry hill says just over. 8 of an inch has so far fallen where she lives as well. Chocolate is obviously a big gift everybody gives chocolate right. I know everybody has heard about the check late warnings but apparently it is such a big deal these Emergency Rooms , vet Emergency Rooms, poison control they get calls because we have counter surfing dogs, we have little kid who you might give chocolate too and drop it in the house and as delicious as this chocolate is and looks to us, it is very same thing, to the pets, now, this check late toxicity is very real in pets dogs and cats and heres some of the symptoms if your pet maybe you do not even know that they have got even into it. Well, excitement just like daisy here, tremors, seizures, abnormal heart rhythm, vomiting, diarrhea and smallest amount can do harm and that is depending on the animal and darker the chocolates, the more toxic it is and just as a way of knowing this a 60pound dog could get 8ounces of milk check late but as little as 1 ounce of bakers check late and it will have the same bad effects. So in order of the most toxic to the least baking chocolate the worst, cocoa powder, the next war, semi sweet check latest next within down, dark chocolate is 10 times more poisonous then milk chocolate. Milk check latest on the list and white check late and concern there is fat content. So, be sure to contact your vet, the animal poison control , lot of this information came from cares in langhorne. They are a 24 her vet but if you have a pet you really should keep an eye on where is the 24 her veterinary hospital because you never know when you need to get to. You never know what they get in to it. Call than no give check late to your cats either. Im so worried when i eat a chocolate chip cookie, a little nugget might fall. Cats are more mobile then dogs and they can be up on the counter when you kept things safe and might not have kept them safe at all. Daisy, i know, we will get new to a home.
