Authorities say the man who killed his mother in bethlehem township last week leading to an eighthour standoff was not legally permitted to own a gun. Authorities say 36yearold justin kept heart fired more than 100 rounds at police who initially showed up to investigate a woman body in the front yard. The woman was the suspects mother.
