In a 157 page document lawyers for meek mill are asking judge jeanice brinkly to step down from the case after she handed down a two to four year prison case last week. Last weeks hearing was a farce, it was a travesty of justice. There wasnt even an appearance of fairness or impartiality. Reporter they listed a hoe of reasons why including time judge reportedly asked rapper, entertainer and his then girl friend nicki minaj back in their chambers requesting he perform a redue of boys two men on bended knee with the shout out to her honor. Judge brinkly is also under fire for comment that is she made during the hearing, admitting she was personally monitoring him during community service, and scolded him for handing out clothes, instead of dishing out food. Temple University Law professor jewels epstein believes the judge may have crossed the line. Judges are supposed to be judges and other people are supposed to fulfill other rolls. You just cant be both a judge and police officer. You cannot be both judge and probation officer. Be one or the other. Im sorry, im sniffling. I can hear it. My family ended up moving away , and eventually made it back and we lived in that same neighborhood right back there. I was going through a little life changed, i dropped out of school, i was living in my parents house and really no real life path and a good friend of mine came and dragged me off to the gym to play racket ball. As i was checking out a racket , im standing there and i see out of the corner of my eye this big, tall, blonde man i cannot even say man. We were kid. But there was just this feeling in my gut that i was supposed to know who that person was. Im supposed to know that person after a period of time me making sure he was still in there and him walking by and watching me with my mad racket ball skills finally my friend says do you remember the halladay family. You used to be friends with his sister, that is her brother, roy. I said, i do, i am going to go say hi. So we talked, for a bit. I explained to him why i was a big loser, on tuesday at the gym in the middle of the afternoon. I asked why he was there. He said, oh, well, i play base ball. I said, well, that is great, i play racket ball what do you do for a living. I didnt realize that this life could actually be, real. I still, to this day feel blessed to have experienced on some level the life that baseball has provided us. That is why i have to follow my word. He wouldnt ask me for my phone number so i gave it to him. I went home, walk in the back door and told my mother that i met the manny was going to marry that we went out that night, we played pool. I will say i did not buy the ice cream as you all know roy halladay does not like to lose so very next night, day two were playing pool again. Thank goodness we played pingpong first, it took him a couple weeks to beat me at pingpong but that pretty much solidified two straight weeks of, us having, basically, breakfast, lunch and dinner dates until he could beat me. There were dinners afterward and late nights talking on the phone but i knew the first moment i saw him that i was going to spend the rest of my life with him and i still know to this day. He was my person. From the very beginning, roy wanted a family. He was the one pushing, get married sooner then later, have kid as soon as possible. After dale murphy, of course. And ever since then it has been, a managery of animals and crazy. One of my favorite memories when he got his first. Sometimes you need to hold hands when they walk out cheryl and sharon hold hands and they hold hand because they are nervous. So it may be as you feel better. These ladies have been doing it for this long and they still get those nerves. She told me just to use them, use those nerves and make it work for me.
