Update on breaking news, two alarm fire in philadelphias germantown neighborhood damages two home. Eyewitness News Reporter trang do live at the scene where trang we understanded you just got an update from fire officials. What are they saying . Reporter yes, rahel, jim there is fire fortunately is now under control. Take a look here, these are the two homes that have been affected. You can see, the wreckage that has been left behind. Were told six people made it out of the building, theyre all being evacuated at local hospital. Were also being told that one firefighter suffered a minor injury in fighting this fire. But lets take a look at the video of the scene overnight. This fire started just after 3 15, 200 block of eastman haim street in germantown. Now when firefighters arrived both front porches of the home were engulfed in flames. Now the fire roast to two alarms with 75 firefighters on scene. Now the Deputy Commissioner says that crews are checking out for hot spot. It is a very dangerous scene, checking for fire spread, and obviously using a loft caution , because the dwelling has been compromised with the heavy fire involved. Luckily, there was no serious injuries. And again we know that at least six people have been displaced, were all taken to an area hospital to be evaluated. South Sutherland Springs texas still trying to heal after the church shoot that killed 26 people. Last night about 100 people gathered in prayer at a baseball field there. Local resident say never under estimate the power of prayer and the power of their community. Investigators say the accused gunman fired at least 450 rounds of ammunition, during Sundays Services at the First Baptist church. They also say he was able to buy the weapons because the air force did not smith his criminal history to the f. B. I. So the four purchases that he made, the next system did their required checks, and there was no prohibitive information in the systems that we checked that say co not have purchased that firearm. Now the suspect, devin kelley, received a bad conduct discharge from the air force, for Domestic Assault back in 2012. Investigators say he died after selfinflicted gunshot wounds. Back here at home two, West Chester University student rent recovering this morning after investigators say a driver intentionally ran them over.
