Now, as you can see behind me thinks the 2200 block ofe allegheny avenue near toll up street, it is still an active scene here as police try to figure out exactly what happened but they are confirming that a 31 yearold man was killed in this suspect hit and run. Crystal Ray High School just opened up six years ago, and first two graduating classes achieved a 100 percent acceptance rate into college and they are hoping that trend , continues, congratulations to them. Philadelphia officials are celebrating the Wharton School students whose pivotal work helped shape cities pitch to amazon. Mayor jim kenney thanked them for their efforts at the university of pennsylvania. Officials asked for advice in drafting the proposal to be the location for amazons second headquarters. The other school didnt have any opportunities, you know, after high school, you get a good job. This job, it is providing that , when you get older, it is trying to set you up for life. Reporter during dedication students split up this time capsule with net card where they were down their dreams and ambitions, and capsule will be opened up in 2034 when the kindergarten class graduates from college. I really like what i first wanted to be when i was a little kid, so what i want to do now. We have students write down what they believe that this school can bring for them and what it means to have a facility full of resource that is can get in the future that they want for themselves and families.
