Now almanac wise as we started out month of september we were on the cool side, we ended it up on the higher end of things with temperatures and we are starting out october below average as well. Todays high we are forecast to get to 69 degrees, compared to average we are 3 degrees below, which is 72. Our forecast low this morning 48 here in philadelphia, that is well below that average of 54 that we typically have for start of the month of october.
