Intelligent officials are investigating a cyber attack, this time, on the joint chiefs email system. They believe the cyber attack was carried out by hackers working for russia. That hack effects about 2500 civilian and military personnel who work for the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff. The system is used for routine business.
