New this morning three people are rushed to the hospital after this crash in philadelphia. The multi vehicle crash happened overnight at East Allegheny a avenue at f street in kensington. Extent of the victims injuries are not yet known at this time. The cause of the crash is being investigated. Septa announces a new way to purchase Regional Rail passes for the papal visit. The passes will go on sale next week through an on line lottery. Eyewitness News Reporter justin finch is live at septa headquarters with the details justin, good morning. Reporter good morning. Hopefully it is a new start for septa and public. They are hoping the lottery is able to level the Playing Field for the public. They know supply is slim for these passes and they are saying the lottery is now not a guarantee but hopefully it will give the public a chance this was announced yesterday by septa, they are saying mark monday august 3rd in your calendar. That is day at the 12 01 a. M. That morning the the lottery does go live. From this you can go on line a enter. It remains active until 11 59 that night. At which point that site will close close. By thursday august 6th emails will go out to the public with whether or not they have won up to ten passes for september 26th or 27th. Even if you are not in town to see the the pope you will need those passes to ride Regional Rails that week even. That is upped competition. We have tourist that want those passes as well as worker.
