Scary scene outside Philadelphia City hall, when mayor Michael Nutter gets involved in a confrontation with a man. Only Eyewitness News obtained video of the mayor taking action after that man got physical with the mayors security detail. Eyewitness News ReporterTodd Quinones has this exclusive story. The confrontation begins with what appears to be a homeless man yelling at the mayor. Things get heated, he then confronts an officer guarding the mayor and then pulls the officer down on the ground. But things dont end there. Mayor Michael Nutter was with some of his staffers other officials here at the concourse of the Municipal Services building directly across the street from city hall. The mayor spokesperson tells me they were talking about issues related to the concourse, place where the homeless tend to congress great. The mayor then physically gets involved, helping pull the man off the officer on a security detail, and then he tries to calm the man down. Stop, stop. Well, Philadelphia Police are investigating a deadly shooting in west oaklane investigators were called to a rear driveway of an Apartment Building in the 1400 block of 71st avenue this morning thats where they discovered an unresponsive man shot once in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. It is unclear how long the victim may have been there. No arrests have been made. Also, police have identified the victim of deadly hitandrun in north philadelphia on sunday. As 17 year old tyrone tillman. The teenager was struck while riding his bicycle in the 4,000 block of north second street. Police are saying that they have located the striking vehicle, and its driver, charges are pending following an investigation by the d. A girl survives a plane crash the search continues for her two relatives who are on board with her. Sixteen year old autumn is in the hospital recovering after wandering out of the Washington State wilderness yesterday. She says the plane crashed after flying into a bank of clouds.
