This morning iran and six world powers reached an agreement on a deal to limit Irans Nuclear program in exchange for a leave from economic sanctions. Good morning. Israeli ofgs are already speaking out expressing their disappointment and accusing the west to surrendering to iran. Ill Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to respond shortly. The talks extended into the morning as leaders worked on remaining sticking points. Secretary of state john kerry and officials from five other world powers finally agreed to edge out an arms embargo from ran iran. Paving the way for the land mark deal. The deal freezes Irans Nuclear program for at least a decade and rouge the number of working centrifugeses in the country. If iran complies crippling sanctions would be lifted. Under a new law signed by president obama this Year Congress gets 60 days to assess the deal. Lawmakers on both sides have already indicated it will be a tough sell. I think the tough sell is on on the part of republicans. They tank the sale. The administration has backed away from almost all of the guidelines that they set up for themselves. Reporter congress would need a vetoproof majority to block the iran deal. These negotiations with iran have faced a high degree of skepticism on capitol hill from the very beginning. Hearings will be called to review the agreement before any vote and all indications are the debate will be contentious and vigus vigorous who believe the republicans have given up too much ground. From everything that has leaked from these negotiations the administration has backed from all of the all of the guidelines they set up for themselves. The clear goal as the president himself stated was to stop iran from developing Nuclear Weapons capability. Not to manage it or stop it for a period of time but to stop it from development. Reporter at least three republican candidates spoke about this candidate earlier this week, saying it was a bad idea. Congress goes on august recess. By the time hearings and debates are finished any congressional votes are unlikely before september. Hena daniels in washington thank you. This morning Recovery Efforts are under way in Eastern Kentucky where at least one person was killed and 11 are missing following severe flash flooding. The high water hit quickly yesterday following torrential rain. So pauver it lifted a house off its foundation. 2 to 3 inches of rain fell in the course of just a few hours. Roads were washed over and trees knocked down. It just rose rapidly. It was just unbelievable how fast it rose just in a matter of hours is what we got right now. Its just a mess. There are reports of residents trapped in their homes. Dozens were forced to evacuate. Emergency managers say as many as 75 homes were flooded. The Severe Weather in kentucky is part of a powerful system moving across the upper midwest and midatlantic. Today, flash flood warnings are posted in kentucky west virginia, and virginia and indiana. Yesterday, 5600 flights were cancelled. A tornado touched down in South Central kansas monday. Trees and power lines were knocked down. There are no reports of injury though, across a dozen states. The storm system knocked out power to nearly 200,000 people. A teenage girl who survived a plane crash in Washington State is recovering in a hospital this morning. The private plane carrying her and her grandparents crashed sat in dense forest.
