Just into Eyewitness News an arrest has been made in the shooting that injured several people in a crowded kensington street last month. Police say Bennet Kendell was taken into custody today. Officers say he supplied the shotgun used in the shooting in the 700 block of east hilton street that injured seven people. Eyewitness news obtain this video of the shooting. Police say the suspect shooter is still on the loose. 10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction of that suspect. Tonight, former eagles quarterback Donovan Mcnabb is facing new legal trouble following his latest dui arrest in arizona Gilbert PoliceDepartment Released his mug shot today and they say mcnabb was impaired by alcohol and rear ended another vehicle stopped at a red light. And the child was hit in the foot while playing basketball, with the group of people. So far no arrests have been made. A man was hit and killed by a septa bus in center city overnight. This happened shortly after one at 11th and walnut. Police say bus driver was not aware he had hit anyone and he even continued to pick up and drop off passengers. A cabdriver who witnessed the accident, flagged down an officer who was then able to get about the to us pull over, police say it is not likely that the bus driver will face any charges. On the fiveyear anniversary of the dead liz duck boat crash on the delaware a lawsuit has been filed in another accident involving ride the ducks. Last may a woman was hit and killed by a duck boat while crossing the street at 11th and arch, and liz carnegie was killed with her husband just steps away. Lawyers say several blind spots prevented the duck boat driver from seeing carnegie as she was crossing. Why didnt he see her . Was he distracted and didnt look . A new law you in delaware makes it illegal to smoke e cigarettes inside restaurant and other indoor places. Today governor markell signed a bill that bans people from using electronic smoking devices including pens and e cigarettes at all indoor Public Places in delaware. This bipartisan measure add to the states Clean Indoor Air act which prohibits regular smoking at indoor Public Places. The percentage of teenagers, are using these e cigarettes dramatically increasing. That is concerning. So, i think it is really important that we send a signal that this bill sends. The new law takes effect in 90 days. The American Red Cross is teaming up with the philadelphia fire department, to save lives. Today marks the beginning of the no more fire deaths campaign, red cross workers and Fire Fighters from the seventh engine and Ladder Companies went door to door installing free smoke alarms in high risk neighborhood. They also had a chance to talk to residents teaching them how to keep their homes safe.
