The proposal says that parents would have to be notified within three days when their child requests to be identified as a gender. Other than their biological sex or gender use. A name that differs from their legal name uses pronouns that dont align with their biological sex or gender or want to use certain restrooms or changing facilities, or have access to sex. Segregated School Programs or activities. Now the school board will consider this proposal at its meeting tomorrow night. This proposal also changes a students right to privacy, saying that a students transgender or gender nonconforming status is the students private information.
