Police say this is the 19th pedestrian death in san jose so far this year. A chp motorcycle officer and another driver are being treated for serious injuries after colliding in a San Francisco intersection yesterday afternoon. Witnesses say that chp officer was thrown off his motorcycle and onto the street right at harrison and third street. The driver of the car involved stayed at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. A chp spokesperson says that First Responders arrived quickly. Now owned by a collective of 15 former employees and support, is looking to reopen the club. Historically, an institution for the community. Drag performance is karaoke and even political events over the years have been held here. Steven best and his partner used to attend events at the stud. I went to a furries party at the stud accidentally. I wasnt dressed up as a furry that was why i was most sad about about the old studs sort of disappearing. Was that like the kind of landscape of places to go in the city . Was that much smaller . A goal of raising a half Million Dollars is underway for renovating the space thats been a pop up theme lounge over the years. The two adjacent buildings here at seventh and folsom street will create a larger venue. I still think, like gay people need places to meet to see that there are other gay people. Well, the bars owners said that it passed final inspection from the city in july to reopen after extensive repairs and renovations and the bar hopes to be fully staffed and ready to reopen this month. Its all because of the threat of a rock slide. The National Park service says climbers reported a new crack in the cliff near royal arches. Thats not far from the ahwahnee hotel.
