Henry well, mike and gianna, the three dead are a danville man and his two school age daughters, all of whom died of gunshot wounds. A man and his two daughters were found dead inside a home on parkwood circle in danville in an apparent murder suicide. The man now identified as 44 year old nemanja icu, his daughters, ages 11 and 13, also found dead at the scene at about 520 wednesday afternoon. The investigation began with a mans exwife contacted Danville Police and asked officers to check on the familys welfare because she could not reach them. The mans suv was still parked on the driveway. The exwife met Danville Police at the home and let them in. Thats when officers found a man in his daughters dead. The Contra Costa County sheriffs office, which provides Police Services in danville, spent hours at the scene along with the crime lab. The family had lived at the home for about five years. Neighbors tell me they kept to themselves very sad, very devastating. They appeared fine. Weve seen them walk around and talk to each other. Usually just one daughter. Weve seen walking with him and we walk our dogs. So we see them in passing. But weve never had a conversation in. Now, investigators have not discussed any possible motives. The heavy smoke triggered an air quality advisory. The facility. It has a history of fires in recent years. We would like to urge schnitzer steel to work closely with regulatory agencies such as the air district and also health and safety agencies. So that this does not happen again. Cortez says the center is greatly needed in the south bay. This will be not just a center for Santa Clara County or the city of san jose, but its time that its not los angeles or san diego or San Francisco. Its time that this kind of a development, this kind of a Cultural Center, finds its home here in san jose, the Third Largest city in the state, the Silicon Valley African American Cultural Center will be built in san jose on the alameda next to the 880 interchange. San francisco homeless advocates are proposing a deal with the city of San Francisco to settle a lawsuit over its encampment sweeps the aclu of Northern California sent a nine page letter today to City Attorney david chiu, inviting him to the negotiating table.
