Reporter the state Officials Say they hope this curfew will really help slow the spread of the virus that has spiked in terms of cases in the state heard and they have extended the order through december 21. Todays actions will help us bring down transmission and flatten the curve. Californias health and Human Services secretary says instead of a statewide stayat home order the curfew targets the 10 pm to 5 am time frame when people tend to socialize, especially leading into the season of holiday parties and gatherings. People might be gathering with friends and maybe taking their guard down a bit because of the activity they are enjoying, masks come down. The curfew does not impact essential workers or trips to Grocery Stores or pharmacies. People can still leave home with people in their household. In restaurants will be allowed to continue taken services after 10 pm. Many of the purple tier counties already have restrictions on dining and gatherings. Critics question the purpose of the new order. I dont see how people being out past 10 as if the virus will be more active. Honestly i think people can be responsible. To make the Sacramento Sheriffs Office says they will not enforce the curfew or respond to curfew complaints. But they said the curfew may help other Law Enforcement agencies. I certainly imagine that some counties will benefit from this tool. Spent the curfew applies to 21 counties in the purple tier. Authorities ruled his death a suicide. The autopsy report from the Santa Clara County medical examiner states that gregory was found hanging by a fraternity brother. And they say he died from ligature hanging. He has no marks on his neck whatsoever. Denny said her son did not suffer from Mental Health issues and was not suicidal. She says she is equally as proud of being a black woman as she is of being an officer.
