How would you categorize the results so far . Be very encouraging. Very exciting. The idea that we will have a vaccine is totally outstanding. Think about it we have been talking about a vaccine for so long and had no idea whether we could develop one that would work. And the preliminary data as you said it is preliminary it shows that it works this is what we call a concept. The second thing is fda said they had a vaccine that had 60 of efficiency pretty protect 60 of people. The preliminary data suggest the number is a lot higher, maybe close to 90 . We need more data. We need more studies to run, etc. This is very exciting. As you mentioned, the results do in fact exceed expectations. How common is 90 advocacy, what other vaccines have that rate of effectiveness . We have some that are. Our best vaccine is a measles vaccine it is close to 95 efficiency. That is not unusual. This one 91 is really a surprise. It is a surprise because it is a vaccine against mccauley respiratory pathogen. That is an organism that gets into our body via the now mouth and nose, and airways and gets down and causes disease. Our vaccines against respiratory pathogens are not nearly 90 at efficacious. This is the first data that we have. There were 96 people who got in fact did. And sick. He said it was a tax and this was under the tax. In 2017, congress reduced that tax, that penalty to zero. Technically there is still an individual mandate, we all have to comply with. The penalty is exactly 0. The argument that 18 states led by texas and supported by the Trump Administration is a two fold. When congress blocked that penalty down to zero. They knocked out the validity of the tax, the socalled tax. Which was the basis for the Affordable Care act. Think of that as the keystone to the building. If you plot the keystone . What happens . The beauty, the bridge falls apart. By taking it down to zero they knocked out the basis for the Affordable Care act. Whether that argument will hold, the way, that is what is up for debate tomorrow. They are obviously asking the Supreme Court to strike down the entire Affordable Care act, if they find the individual mandate to be unconstitutional. Doesnt the high court often strike down an invalid portion of a particular law and leave the rest in place . Right, that is the next step alex. Even if we assume a zero penalty is no longer tax it is what happens next. You are actually right, it is a question of severability. Yeah kids, lots of people have kids.
