It happened in san jose overnight on north 13th street, not far from interstate 680 and highway 101. We have more on the investigation. Reporter San Jose Police have released few details but we know the shooting occurred early sunday morning. Shortly after midnight, Police Officers responded to a call of a person shot in the 400 block of north 13th street. The victim would later die at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.
