The attorney junctions can be an effective tool to use. Certainly there are criminal penalties that can accrue. But the fact of the matter is, if someone is going to also suffer a financial penalty of a significant dollar amount, thats something that dissuades individuals from engaging in conduct. San franciscos police chief agreed. These gives officers another yet a another tool killing our toolkit.
