Residents in at least 100 homes have been asked to evacuate. It was just all a bunch of flames and embers all up and down right there, and you could see, like, at one point, there was a huge tornado flame. The bizarre case in san jose is coming up. An update to a shooting that happened last night in San Francisco. Police now say they arrested four suspects at the scene. The shooting happened around 11 00 last night in the city south of market area, near otis street and dubose. When People Police arrived, they say there were two groups of people in cars involved in an argument that led up to the shooting. One of the victims has life threatens injuries. Two were taken to the hospital. The San Francisco fbi announce an arrest in the murder of a teenager back in july of 2019. Fernando madrigal is charged with the shooting death of a 15 yearold. The fbi said he is a gang member, and the motive for she shooting was a dispute over territory with a rival gang. The killing happened near the victims house in the mission. He was shot in his back and died just 10 minutes later. This murder was senseless and horrific. The victim, just 15 years old, was targeted because of the neighborhood he lived in. Well, the fbi says it will continue to investigation the shooting while pursuing and dismantling gangs that are targeting the citys children. Well now to the south bay where authorities are investigating a crash that left a young woman dead and stolen cars abandoned on the highway. This all happened this morning aunt Camden Avenue. Reporter well, the chp tells me its not unusual for a stole have been car to be involved in a deadly wreck like this, but hat is unusual is there were three stolen cars and a young woman left abandoned on the highway. The chp responded to a crash on highway 85 south of Camden Avenue in san jose friday morning. The report came in as a possible collection list and a possible body in the roadway. Reporter officer ross lee said the officers found the body of a woman who apparently had been ejected and found three cars abandoned on the highway. The victim herself abandoned. Left to die on the road. Didnt receive any information that it appeared anyone had tried to render any type of aid. Reporter the cared law had one thing in common. At least two and possibly the third were all stolen vehicles. This this is very unusual to have three vehicles abandoned at a collision scene. Reporter they were also the same make. They were all hondas. Two were honda civics and one was a honda accord. Reporter hondas are favorites of car thieves. Two were left running without key that vehicle that had the rollover damage possibly left in the roadway for an unknown reason, causing the vehicle to overturn and come to rest in the traffic lanes. Reporter inunclear if the woman who died was a driver or passenger. In the chp is still trying to department the circumstances of the crash. At this point, drugs or alcohol dont appear to be involved. Investigators have also ruled out other possibilities. No evidence of any type of street racing or side show activity or anything in the area. A San FranciscoSupervisors Committee is holding a virtual public hearing on the plans for Distance Learning for the new school year, which is said seth to begin on monday. The hearing is focusing on the agreement the San Francisco unified School District and its teachers unit reached week ago. It calls for teachers to provide at least two hours of live instruction every day, which could include zoom calls with the entire class, or small groups. Distance learning is an are in mussing task and a brand new experience. I know that everyone is doing their best under this extremely difficult circumstance. The agreement between the teachers and the School District will remain in effect until next june, or until students return to in person instruction.
