Checking in on the weather, we have temperatures today certainly about where they were yesterday. Maybe a degree cooler in a couple, at least for the highs from today. You can see thats the extend of that sea breeze just in terms of the numbers, right . Especially since last week, these were all upper 90s, low 100s. So a much cooler pattern is set up. Started yesterday, continues today, and continues tomorrow, too, pretty much. And thats why. A lot of fog at the coast. People moving back and forth on it. Flag is blowing. July. High pressure is trying to set up, but theres just a little bit of a low up here, which if youve noticed, see there is no fog on the north coast . High pressure would allow the fog to form all the way up and down the coast, its more of a lesser High Pressure, weakened High Pressure state. So basically theres not fog, but there is fog don here. And that fog is the reason that we gore doing see temperatures like these today and tomorrow. Right now temperatures running below where they were yesterday and the day before by a couple of degrees in some places. High pressure has kind of shifted out a little bit, so were getting Something Like this for that low, and that low is going to continue to linger, really, for the next couple of days. Better air quality. And a temperature footprint that looks like this. So really subtle changes. And not really selling anything new that you didnt already know. Whatever you had today youre going to get tomorrow. And youll see the fiveday forecast, were in a pretty good spot there, too. This time of year i always think about fire danger. This is the time of year. Were starting to get into it. And this does help a little bit. It keeps the fuel moistures up, the humidities up, temperatures are down.
