The county Fire Protection district said it has caught 14 suspected arsonists since the start of the year, for fires around the county. A few blocks later the stolen car plunged into the ocean near scenic vista known as well point. It is a sharp corner, if you are going 60 or 70 or faster, it could be that he just couldnt make the corner. The suspect may not have the corner but miraculously he made it out alive, climbing out of officers as out of the vehicle as officers held him at gunpoint.
