Theyll spend that time cleaning the school, preparing and restocking for when the schools reopen and the students return. And we can use that to our advantage. Instead of feeling fearful, do the right thing. And do things that will not only protect you from this virus but that will protect other people around you. The only thing that i can say is this is not something thats gonna be a one or twoperson fight. Its gonna be communities. Its gonna be flattening that curve, and hoping to stop the spread and slowing it down. So theres no need to be fearful. Because being fearful is not gonna help us do anything. Instead, remember the three things that you can do. Wash your hands. Wash your hands for 20 seconds. If you cant wash your hands, find a hand sanitizer. Number two, dont touch your face. Dont touch your eyes, your nose, your mouth. And if you do need to cough, cough into your elbow or a tissue, immediately throw it away and wash your hands. Your earlier question, the symptoms of coronavirus as opposed to the flu, as opposed to the common cold. And the three symptoms that you need to be very knowledgeable of, and im glad youre bringing this chart up, is fever, cough, shortness of breath. Fcs. Remember that. The red ones are coronavirus. Covid19. If you look across at the common cold, the flu and allergies, you will not see shortness of breath in either the common cold or the flu. Most of the time. Youre gonna see it sometimes. But in allergies, youre not gonna feel like youre feeling when you have coronavirus. If youre having shortness of breath, something should be setting off inside you, like, hey, this is not normal for me. I need to go get help. And if youre not having a fever that, doesnt mean that you physically dont have coronavirus. Some of the old people, unfortunately, will not be mounting an appropriate immune response and may not have a true fever. 100 fahrenheit or higher thatch doesnt mean they shouldnt get tested so much if you have any of these simples, the best thing you can do is to call your provider. Theres a very good triage system in place for all outpatient clinics. And talk to a nurse, a provider about what should i do next .
