and her son lamar took a few minutes to take it all in. she says she knows her latus sergeant martin lamar would have loved this. her late husband. >> he would be over the moon excited. >> reporter: the father of five loved his family, the military, the sunday football, and the niner. he died nine years ago in iraq. killed in action before he could meet his brand new baby girl. >> i was waiting for a call for him saying happy anniversary. instead i got a knock from casualty services. we brought him home to bury him in sacramento when he passed away in iraq. on the way back to dallas. that's where we were stationed in texas. at the airport, we got to meet jerry rice. and, he was there for us. it was super bowl weekend. i went up to him. got pictures. hugs. it was wonderful. i thought this must be my husband winking at me saying hey, say hi for me. >> reporter: nine years later, their story caught george kiddel's attention and he gave them two tickets the super bowl. josie lamar gave him something too. to make sure her husband will be there in spirit. >> when we got to meet george, we handed him a button with my husband's picture. i don't know where on him. but he will be carrying pentagon announced travis air force base is among four military facilities that will house people who may have to be quarantined once evacuated from overseas for the coronavirus. the bases willolmay need to not have contact with evacuees. the three other facilities include bases in texas, coloand the marine corp. air station in san diego. one of those cases is in santa clara county. >> the
