I tried to get him to allow us to take the baby and make sure she was safe and to do that in a manner that was nonthreatening to him or anyone else. Reporter others say that this relationship has been very volatile. He has a drug problem and it probably stems from that. This is located at the northern end of the lake. The victim has been identified as cole comstock, 34, of blairsden, california. The avalanche happened that 10 15 a. M. This morning. Officials at the report say that avalanche mitigation work had been done before the resort opened up today. The ski patrol searched for other victims as well. This is an area which is a banned ski area. A second skier suffered injuries and is undergoing surgery. This was near the scott chair in the promised land. This is not the first time a deadly avalanche has hit that area. Back in 1982, and avalanche in squaw valley report nearby killed seven people. The suspect is a50s male, 510, 220230 lbs, stocky, dark complexion, with dark hair. He was wearing dark colored pants with a black baseball cap. Drug police awful have a vehicle description. A san mateo pastor was arrested thursday after allegedly threatening to shoot members of another church, according to the San Mateo CountySheriffs Office. Paul michaelson, 79, an outreach and visitation pastor for Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church in san mateo, is suspected of writing four threatening letters and hand delivering them to the holy trinity Lutheran Church in san carlos. According to the Sheriffs Office. , the letters stated that he would shoot members of the san carlos congregation this sunday. Michaelson is a former member of the San Carlos Church and he had a personal disagreement with members of that congregation, the Sheriffs Office said. He said he felt wronged by the church for not getting the help that he needed.
