We will look at it from a historic standpoint, lets say, lets look back at the clinton impeachment, what would a fair trial look like . Reporter well, we have the existing set of rules which were adopt it originally in the impeachment trial of johnson. Most rules would vary somewhat with the clinton impeachment trial. But now, the Senate Majority leader is suggesting that hes going to come up with some other variance on that that is not true to the original intention of congress and the existing rules. I think going back to the system rules probably would be considered a fair trial. Certainly, most people would agree that a trial without witnesses for evidence isnt really much of a trial. In response to senator schumer, and other democrats going for witnesses here in the senate trial, you have a Senate Leader, Mitch Mcconnell, saying that look, that was the houses job when they were beating these articles of impeachment. That was what they were supposed to do. Does he have a valid point there . No, he does not. Just in the case of the grand jury. The grand jury hears evidence and witnesses, makes a judgment, decides to indict and then you have a trial as follows. We have not yet heard from the president in any trial. Have not heard from his attorney. We dont know what coherent explanation the president might be able to offer as to why he would held a possible state visit at the white house. I would like to know what reasons the president may give and the other people would as well. If there is any spoke with tori evidence the president could produce if, for example, Mick Mulvaney or john bolton had something to say. We should hear it. And it seems to me, that if you are going to do impartial justice, youve got to lean open the door to allow yourself to be persuaded by the arguments resented and the evidence that is put forth. And i think that what is disturbing to me about what the Senate Majority leader has said is that he is going to coordinate with the resident and the white house and the president s attorneys, that does not sound like a fair trial. It is a fact because of those folks live in areas called food deserts where there are a lot of fast food operations and not a lot of healthy food options and theres also getting less exercise. Were spending more time on computer screens and phones and not out there exercising. If we inch closer to this 10 year mark and we see half the country becoming obese, what are the Health Consequences here. There are huge once. Obesity is associated with increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and arthritis due to increase of weight. The pressure on joints. The healthcare is huge. There is also increased rate of depression. We really need to get our act together to lose this trend. And the study shows that women are more at risk for a visit in super obesity.
